Transform leftover tofu into a simmered side dish!

Ingredients

  • Seasoned tofu-pockets

  • carrot

  • potato

  • onion

  • kombu stock

  • soy sauce

  • oligosaccharide

Preparation

Step 1


Cut the leftover tofu pockets into long strips.


Step 2


Dice the potato, carrot, and onion, and simmer them in the kombu stock.


Step 3


Add soy sauce and oligosaccharide to season, then add the tofu pockets and braise them together.
