Seasoned tofu-pockets
carrot
potato
onion
kombu stock
soy sauce
oligosaccharide
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the leftover tofu pockets into long strips.
Step 2
Dice the potato, carrot, and onion, and simmer them in the kombu stock.
Step 3
Add soy sauce and oligosaccharide to season, then add the tofu pockets and braise them together.
